I opened this restaurant because I love connecting with people and sharing my passion for food. Before moving to Belgium, I worked in restaurants, and during my many years there I gained valuable experience in hospitality and food safety.
I wanted to bring that knowledge and experience into my own business. For me, great food is not only about amazing taste it’s also about cleanliness, consistency, and quality. I strongly believe in following HACCP principles to ensure that every meal is prepared safely and to the highest standards, so our customers can enjoy delicious food with confidence.
